According to the data collected by the government:

• 90% of apprentices stay in employment after finishing their apprenticeship this includes 2% of self employed. This means that by providing young people with apprenticeship we are more likely to help them with finding employment for longer term.
• 97% of apprentices stay with the same employment. This means that by investing money into individual with potential your company will end up with skilled and loyal worker who is happy to thank you for investment, through hard work.
• 82% said that the apprenticeship has improved their ability to do the job and 79% said that their career prospects have improved. This is exactly what were aiming to do through our scheme.

Finding apprentice couldnt be easier as the pool of candidates is growing each day. Between 2012 and 2013 there were over 1.4 million online applications for apprenticeships. Thats 1.4 million workers looking for opportunity to develop their careers further.
